Most of our packs in stock are 25g (10 sections x 2.5g) however we are slowly introducing our new 20g packs (8 sections x 2.5g or 10 sections x 2g). As our 25g packs have been purchased on a lower exchange rate, we have managed to keep the costs the same as our new 20g packs. Our new 20g packs have been purchased on a higher exchange rate where the raw hair material costs have increased and therefore we have absorbed most of this increase as much as we can but we have had to keep this as the same price as our 25g packs.

This hair may be an extra 1 inch - 2 inch in length to allow for trimming and styling purposes to achieve your finished look.

A very small amount of our colours have been discontinued and replaced with newer updates. Please enquire for all up to date swatches. The number of strands and weight per strand can vary slightly due to being hand-tipped. The whole bundle/pack will weigh approx the weight the hair is supplied. As with all full remy hair products cut straight from the ponytail, there can be a slight variation in colour from the top and bottom of the shade. This is more noticeable with Dark Ash, Ash, Silver and Auburn pigments as these pigments do not penetrate the newer parts of the raw material as well as the ends. This can effect around 7 shades out of the 200 we currently sell. This is a true representation of full remy organic hair products.
As we supply very unique highly processed white blonde shades, you will be required to take extra care with these shades as they are more susceptible to damage during wear. Top up or replacement packs will be more necessary with these types of shades in comparison with darker or natural toned shades. As our hair extensions are coloured in the manufacturing process, certain pigments can wash to a lighter tone after the first few washes. This is perfectly normal and isn't anything to worry about. We would always recommend using recommended colour protection products for use with these shades. Our platinum white shades may reflect a shorter lifespan than our darker shades due the highly bleached nature of the colour.
Allergy Advice and Patch Test
The patch test ensures that you or your customer does not react negatively to a particular tape, adhesives or hair product. If you have a known sensitivity to metal, adhesive or keratin, do not use products which contain metal such as Nano Tips or our Copper or Aluminium beads, keratin or adhesives. We cannot confirm that our hair products haven't come into contact with other metals.
1. Place a small amount of adhesive/tape/hair on an area of sensitive skin.
2. Put a band-aid over the adhesive/tape/hair and send your customer home for the night.
3. Instruct them to remove the band-aid the following day and check for any reaction.
If there is any redness or irritation, do not use the product on that particular client or yourself. Also, check to make sure that the bond didn’t release from the skin. If no irritation occurred and the bond was secure, you can use that product with confidence.
